How do I register my property for sale?
Click here to access our online registration form. The registration form consists of five steps. In Step 1, you will be asked for your contact details. In Step 2, you will be asked for a description of your property. In Step 3, you can upload your property photos. In Step 4, you will be taken to a secure PayPal payment page where you can provide payment using any major credit or debit card.
Can I advertise more than one property?
You can advertise multiple properties with bestoverseasproperties.com by registering each of your properties separately. You will need to complete the online registration form for each property you wish to advertise.
Please note that you cannot advertise multiple properties in a single listing/web page, unless you selling multiple property units on the same site. If you are unsure whether your property qualifies, please contact us at info@bestoverseasproperties.com .
Can you translate my property details into English?
We can translate your property description into English at no extra cost, provided it is written in one of the following languages:
Bosnian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish.
If you require translation services, please fill in the registration form in your own language and we will translate your details for you before creating your web page.
My property location is not listed on the search page
If the country where your property is located does not appear in the drop-down list on the property search page, it will be added to the list once your listing is activated. We currently only display the countries where we have rental properties on the database.
Do you accept listings from estate agents?
We accept property listings from property owners or estate agents acting on their behalf.
Can I preview my web page before I provide payment?
Yes, you can preview your property web page before you make a payment. Please contact us at info@bestoverseasproperties.com for instructions.
You will need to complete the first four steps of the registration form by providing your contact and property details. We will then create your web page and e-mail you the URL. If you are happy with your web page, you can provide payment by logging into your account.
